不想急着买bike,先慢慢做好research,把bike各部分都研究好了,再装一台.
所以现在能先用gym的stationary bike暂代训练吗?要如何设定才能接近路面的情况和

helps you train the strength, endurance. the difference is much bigger than
running on a treadmill and road, maybe even bigger than swimming in a pool
and open water.

car traffic, but also bikes), man holes, gravel, hills, shifting, braking,
etc. these factors affect cycling a lot more than running because the speed
is significantly higher.

like on the treadmill, incline could be set to 0.5 or 1.0 to simulate the
road run.
