感觉腿没用什么力量,能达到锻炼腿部作用吗?
或者说在骑行距离很短的情况下,怎样能达到最好锻炼效果。现在还不能像各位大佬一

in a long ride.

V*****n 发帖数: 893 | 5 well, that's because you haven't learned how to pedal yet. 60rpm is fine as
long as you don't have knee pain. in general, you want to go easy for the
first 500 miles so that your knee can adapt. ideally you would want to pay a
bit more attention to pedaling than your speed. make sure all your joints
are properly aligned and hold a stable and smooth pedal stroke. make sure at
the bottom of the stroke you pull through like you are trying to scrape off
mud off the bottom of your shoes. so don't worry about very high rpm or
high speed. instead do 60-80rpm (which ever you are more comfortable and
able to smooth out a stroke) and go easy. after while, you will ride
beautifully. after that, you will ride fast beautifully.
