大家在local store里面买车一般能拿到多少off msrp？

will be the full price. Because the sales season has not started yet, you
cannot even ask for price match.
But if I can get 10% off all year around at the largest LBS with my local
triathlon club membership. It might worth to check with your local triathlon
/cycling club.

workplace whether they have some scheme which might pay for certain amount
for your bike and cycling gears.
In UK, there is a government run program called cycle2work scheme. If a
workplace joined the scheme, you can get a bike and gears under ￡1000. In
theory you pay your workplace a small amount each month and the bike belongs
to the workplace after 3 years. But you can also buy off the bike after 3
years in a very cheap price. This is to encourage more people to cycle to
work.
