后面是一封奇怪的公开求助信。信的作者是大连理工大学电子信息学院副
院长、

“硅谷留美博士企业家协会”会长朱东屏。为什么大连理工大学的副院
长会是一个硅谷协会的会长，且不去管他。反正谁都可以在美国注册一个协会，
也都可以给协会取个漂亮的名字，“硅谷”、“留美”、“博士”、“企业家”，
这四个名词就都很漂亮。该协会自称1999年就已建立，不过据加州政府的档案，
注册时间是2001年6月29日 |

When I was in DUT, Dr.Zhu went back to the department of EE
to give a lecture of his study and activities in US. That was
in 1993.
According to his own introduction about himself, he graduated from DUT
in 1998 as graduate student majoring in EE. The he went to US and got a
Ph.D degree from a university in California (I forgot the name of that
school). He talked about his plan about after getting Ph.D and some
other stuff, and he and some

是在上海。那时候他说是带着200来人回来找项目的，
想找些好项目投入种子资金，同时和国内搞搞合作，说他们
已经去过了北京、大连等地，刚刚散了。当时风险投资热潮还没有过去，
估计是正找机会。与他同行的有另外两个人，都是从美国回来的，
据他们说当时他们用的手机是自己做的片子，我看了看，
外形是比较破，像试验机型。
其它的情形不是很清楚，但有一点可以确信，至少他们哪个协会
是2000年5月前创建的，因为当时的名片上就已经是了，也有网站。
其实到底如何大家可以到他们网站去看看，XYS那篇文章最后
的那个连接就是哪个网站的，是www.scoba.org. 挺普通的，
给人感觉这个scoba是个松散的组织，有许多名义会员，
在这个title之下进行各种外联活动会方便的多，也止于此。
觉得方舟子有些小题大做了，呵呵。

你一说，我也想起来，93、94年左右，有次研究生院组织大家
去八角楼听一头美国归来的牛叫，也许就是此公。那时也没记
他名字，光知道是原来电子系的。
那次听讲，现在有印象的就两件事。一是他花了好几分钟赞扬
了一通他原来在大工的英语老师。二是他把跑去听讲的研究生
们扁了一顿，因为他早先给电子系本科生作报告的时候，那帮
孩子反应很热烈，很表现了一点对他的个人崇拜，而研究生们
则麻木不仁，于是他做出论断曰在场的研究生水平还不如电子
系的本科生。

腐败了他们的money一把.
自打那以后的消息就是哪个绵阳生产芯片和flash的公司了，
不知道他们现在腐败的级别是否高了那么一点点。
市场是最好的验金石，到底是不是欺骗只需要看最后的结果就是了。
