have to travel because I live in D.C.
My concern is that, I have been learning ballroom for only 6 months, woud
the workshops be too advanced to be? Plus, since I am not with any college
team, will I look awkward to attend the workshops by myself? |

just a side question, how many people on this board have been to this
Independence Ball? - in other words, these people would give you a more
informative answer.

I asked around at my group dance lesson last night. People told me that the
workshops could be to hard for me to follow. They suggested that I save the
money for next year.....
I really want to go see the top dancers, though. And I do need some
inspiration to keep going.

my training is no more than 9 months. People (at different levels) all learn
. In my opinion, the earlier you get exposed to the really good dancers, the
better. You need to develop the sense of good dance.
