那天从图书馆里借来这本书,翻了一章,觉得还是有点意思的。
Although some of the opinions she is expressing can be quite offensive to a
dancesport devotee, it actually presents quite an interesting angle to look
at the phenomenon of the dancesport in a larger social culture context. | w***5 发帖数: 8282 | 2 Thanks for sharing. What are her opinions, which may be offensive? | o********y 发帖数: 1138 | 3

quote "... (my competition experience was not good/rewarding),
because i never had a good partner" unquote
as a matter of fact when she was an amateur and when she was a pro,
she had good dedicated partners.
some of the things she said in the book is true. but because of
the quoted words of hers, i deem her as a quote unquote "loser".
