Wedding dance can be easy or difficult depends on what song/pattern that you
want to learn.
The hard part is probably picking what right kind/type of wedding dance song
before you proceed.
The song should be meaningful for both of you.

If you look for a professional, I recommend Jula for ballroom http://www.sjdancesport.com/Instructors/Instructors.html or Silke for Latin http://www.silkeheleine.com/class.php. Although none of them are the top notch professionals, they are very good, patient, encouraging teachers (given that you don't have any dance background). Just stay away from those so-called professionals whom never competed professionally or never made to any finals of any professional competition.
The best Latin dancer from this board in the bay area should be sensualgirl.
The second best should be chernobyl. The best standard dancer in the bay
area should be iiuu. I am not sure about their availability for teaching.
Not sure about your expectation for the wedding dance. If your expectation
is not sky-high, I might be able to squeeze a couple of afternoons and help.
But I strongly recommend that you learn from the best since this will be
the once-a-lifetime dance. :)
