Walmamrt has its first Analytics Rotation Program (ARP), and I can screen a
few resumes and put matched candidates to the interview process. Please
check walmart career website for more details.
In addition to the ARP, there are a few entry (MS in statistics or analytics
or CS with intern or 1 year experience), middle (MS with 3+ year experience
or PhD fresh graduate) and senior level (MS with 6+ year experience or PhD
with 3+ year experience) data science track positions available to apply.
All positions are located in Walmart's Home Office in Arkansas. In addition
to real world application of statistical/analytical knowledge and
programming experience in R/SAS/Python, SQL/Hive/Tableau knowledge will be
plus. Any experience and good rank in public data/analytics competition such
as (kaggle) will be plus too.
All positions need to be filled soon, so you have to be able to work in US (
i.e.OPT/H1B transfer/PR status).
