how do i setup oracle8 so that it supports UTF8? i read
that it's automatcially supported but hjow do i find out?
also in one of our anuals it's said we should set NLS_LANGUAGE
to American_America.utf8 but it's not a valid value!
only American or English is supported.. I checked the V$NLS_LANUGAGE
table..
