By exporting from SQL Enterprise Manager?

Go to start menu and find the option "import and export
data"under SQL server.
Set properly the source and target, you will be able to do
the transfer.
But if you want to import or export to remote database, you
need to check
your sql server version, it may not support.
Perl has build-in driver for MS Access, you find a perl book
and learn
from it lah:P
