Witten, IAN H. (2000), Data Mining, practical machine learning tools
and techniques with JAVA implementations. Morgan Kaufmann Publishers.
It has a Weka Java program, and you can do lots of practice with it.
If you want to know the algorithm, etc, there is a book written Jiawei Han.
