Why nobady here? Anyway,one more question:
For a beginner, to prepare for the Oracle Certificate, is it enough just read some books like "...study guide/exam guide" or you have to have other reference books? Any good books out there? Thanx again!

Most people use SYBEX's OCA/OCP Study guides (kit). You can buy them from
www.bookpool.com
