Agree if with family and kids, they are biggest factors to make any decision.
If my wife is not working, I would think I still want to have 20K more even
I have to work more time and have to spend less time with kids. But of
course I don't expect I will have to work so hard for the extra 20K to the
extent that I may totally destroy my health.
If both of us are working, then it really depends. Do we need to move? Can
both of us find jobs in new location? How does the total income change after
moving?
