POSITION SUMMARY
This role will develop standard and customer interfaces to support the data
exchange needs f or customers, both internal and external.
As a member of an internal product team the Data Programmer will be required
to design and code new interfaces which will map customer data and
propagate the data into standard production tables, as well as enhance,
troubleshot and fix issues that arise with existing code. The data
programmer will work with operational support to understand data
requirements surrounding the exchange and reporting of data as well as with
engineering for necessary table structure or other code needed to support
those data requirements yet ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Also important to this role is the ability to execute against projected
plans while meeting changing needs and requirements. This includes
enforcing coding standards, meeting deliverables, and participating in peer
review. This position reports to the Data Architect.

Required
o Minimum 5 years T-SQL experience. Must have worked with T-SQL as
recently as 2 years
o Must have developed T-SQL programs to execute a complete set of
business logic within a business application
o Extensive Advanced SQL experience required
o Experience developing SQL for high volume, high throughput application
requirements
o Extensive database experience. DBA qualifications not necessary
o Experience troubleshooting database applications from the data point of
view
o Excellent troubleshooting skills
o Solid experience as the sole developer on critical T-SQL components.
Plus
o Experience building data integration programs
o Familiarity with Healthcare business
o Experienced with Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SSRS)
o Experience with Visual Studio Team System 2008
