They don't charge anything per se but about 11% of the fund will cover
overhead/administrative costs and 89% will be used on buying food/shelter/
pharmaceutical supplies for the victims. |

大家都知道他们在美国买的话肯定又是去买那些 over priced 的东西.
非常亏. 当然这话不能直接对他们讲,自己明白就好. 找些别的
理由让他们别买东西,直接把钱转过去最好.
另外提醒大家, 一旦他们这个25万美元的上限达到,就不要再
通过这个 mercy corps 来捐, 他们用捐款在这边买美国的东西
太贵,实在不划算, 还有他们还要 charge over head, 太亏.
还是直接给国内单位捐的好.
