put your experience in the PERM Application form in order? Are they in the
following order?
Current company experience
US college master experience (RA)
China college BS/MS experience (RA)
The reason that my PERM got denied is that the officer thought we use my
experience from my current employer to qualify the job description of MS+
2year experience. But we meant to use my RA experience in China.
