It requires that I should submit copies of all I-20 documents. I have
renewed my I-20 seven times over the past few years. And I did not keep the
copies of previous I-20 documents except those for the last two years.
I contacted my University, and the office emailed me their copies.
However, they did not find the third page for a few years of my I-20.
I was wondering whether the third page of I-20 is a must. Thanks. |

发帖数: 367 | 2 Explain to the attorney why I-20s are missing some pages, and keep whatever
you have in order for future reference. I-20s are submitted to the USCIS
for H1B applications. I-20s are important legal maintenance documents, you
will eventually need to submit to the USCIS at the AOS stage as well.
A thorough analysis of your legal documents will be performed by the law
firm, so that your past CPT/OPT experiences are noted, documented properly. |

people working at the visa office of the university are attorneys?

Anyway, I should have kept all copies of I-20. It is a lesson for others. |

For 485, lawyer only need I-94, no I-20.

发帖数: 3820 | 9 H1b approved. I 485 waiting for the submit time, but lawyer already gave me
the materials he need frome me. I think the I-20 is not required.

Basically, she said, I just submitted all I-20 documents I have in hand. She
did not express a big concern with that.
