如果是，一定要 renew 吗？我还是 05 年 OPT 期间申请的，到 06 年 12 月份就过期
了，后来一直没有重新申请（不知道）。中间办 h1-B，到现在办绿卡到了 140 这一步
，中间律师一直没有提 EAD 的事。
一定要更新吗？希望没有什么大的问题。谢谢

你不用，就不用更新，费那钱干啥？别人更新是要用它工作的。

is April 5th, hopfully, I will get my card soon, even though will waste for
about 2 or 3 months.
BTW, I sent my support materials on the second day after i applied. Just
check the website to see those support materails list. |
