In my second last post i had said following ... "c) chinese movement

So you can see i have the same concern. However there are so many moving
parts that its fuitile to try to discern WHY?
What that could be?
1. DOS vs USCIS data 2. EB3 Porting 3. Accuracy of either DOS or USCIS
