(Sorry that I can't type in Chinese...) My 4th time I-765 renewal was filed
electronically at Mar 20, and I received the following document request:
1) Digital photo (check)
2) Missing ID: ..... "You must submit copies of Federal Government-issued
identity documents, including copies of your passport, visa and I-94 showing
your name and date of birth; a birth certificate with photo ID; a visa
issued by a foreign consulate; ....
Do not submit a copy of a diver's license or notarial birt | s**d

I think you only need to submit one of the document, not all of them...I
only submitted visa and I-94,maybe
passport page with photo.
