level talent trained at U.S. universities in science, technology,
engineering and mathematics (STEM) should be allowed to remain in the United
States after graduation and contribute to the U.S. economy and
competitiveness.
However, there is no specific measure was mentioned in this amendment how to
allow them to remain in the US. It is even more funny that Jeff Flake
himself voted against the H.R.5116. Interesting Enough? |

陷饼 or not,我早就说过STEM绿卡是大势所趋。现在STEM OPT已经实行三年了，应该上
STEM绿卡了。

非常的详细，把有关项目和执行办法都列出来。而这个bill里面除了表达一下挽留人才的意愿没有任何
实施的细节，批了也没用。 |
