inventory" you can find number of filed 485 with PD before Aug-2007 (maybe
times this number by 125%). from department of Labor get EB2 PERM number, or
EB2 I-140 appoval form CIS with PD between Aug-2007 (maybe May-2007 is more
reasonable because in Aug 2007, PERM submitted after May, was not approved
yet so they can't file 485) and you PD. Exclude people who are already PD
current (wish they get GC today), these are people wa |
