I am writing to express my grave concerns regarding severe mismanagement of
the crucial visa number allocation process under the Immigration Visa
Control and Report Division of Department of State. The mismanagement
happened last year, and will happen again this year if no immediate action
will be taken.
Numbers and facts show severe mismanagement by the Visa Office with regard
to the way visa numbers were assigned to qualified applicants of China

1）In the first paragraph, "if no immediate action will be taken". It should
be "if no immediate action is taken"
2) In the second paragraph, "This fiscal year, I have known
that the Visa Office plans to apply ..".
It is better to delete "I have known that", which sounds not so professional
.
3) The last paragraph is a little bit harsh. It may offend the reader.
