letter and asked HR to sign, but our HR doesn't want to sign because she
wants to take out the sentence below:
"The terms and conditions of her employment are substantially similar to the
terms listed in Application for Alien Employment Certification previously
filed on her behalf."
It is very reseanable as my HR from my new company really doesn't know too
much about my case.
My quesiton is:
Is this sentence very import |

I wouldn't think so. Myattorney didn't write those.
And you can ask your direct report boss to sign it.

sentence.

if you apply as a software engineer, as long as your current letter says "
Boston2007 works as a software engineer at xxx company." Then, it is enough.
I think your lawyer is being very cautious, and there is nothing wrong with
that. However, you do not necessarily NEED that particular sentence. |

language." But I can't get it. Anyway, if I had known that my manager could
sign it, I'd have asked her as we were together at my previous company and
she knows all about my application and job description.
Now I just asked if she could sign instead of HR, she said she is not sure
if she is allowed.
Anyway, I will ask my HR to take out that sentence then.

verification letter though. He is really not providing details or what he
did.
For my case, I didn't have Labor Certification paper filed on my behalf, so
I even couldn't provide anything to new company to show that my 2 jobs are
similar!!
I think if you hire attorney by yourself, they might be more responsible.
But if your case is handled by company, so painful to go through the steps!!
