The job ad says minimum
degree required is master which is normal. Got some questions from lawyer
like "why can't a person with less
education perform the duties of your position?". how would one answer such
questions? |

common sense. For civil engineer, master degree is a stretch since lots of
engineers only have bachelor's degree. However, for civil engineer, 5 years
experience is reasonable. You know your job well, if master is required then
you can answer that with ease.

job position.
But you can say: 1) Because of business necessity. Due to our company's
growth this person must has a Master's degree in order to
offer the best services to our clients. 2) Job duties are very unique and
technical, so that requires people who's educational background with a
Master’s degree and professional experience enable her/him to fulfill the critical duties of this vital role.3) Similar job tile in the |

以一般的办法是在qualification里写“Master, or Bachelor (equivalent) with X+
yrs"也就是说如果应聘者没有硕士，就必须是Bachelor+X年工作经验
