基本上还是坚持它们是按照移民法办事。信虽然没有什莫新意，但是感觉我们之前的攻
击点太分散，而且每个点他们都有盾牌，是否可以考虑能找到可以相对薄弱的一两个点
，集中优势击破。
NIU的初衷是 现在情况已经很坏了， 做总比不做好。 P838的想法是, 移民法就那样规
定的,做也白做, 反而激怒Ox, 他可能合理合法的让我们吃哑巴亏.
大家是不是讨论一下,我们做点什莫才能切实地得到利益, 而不是把目标定的太远.比如
可否提前交485?

very carefully and distribute it everywhere.
