Today,we received the following message written by the State Department's
Charles Oppenheimer:
Just wanted to let you know that the august cut-off dates have been delayed

the purpose of All C was to let DOS and USCIS knew how many were waiting,
was not for getting you all approved right away. they know it is
unreasonable to use same date for get-in line and for get-out line so they
use this to work around it. |
