only care if you can drive or not.

发帖数: 558 | 3 in CA, you must prove that you are leagal to get the driver license.
You can't use an email.
You can use H1B(H4) + passport. If you have EAD, no need passport.

anything, just walked in DMV and got it.

Called twice. Everytime said I need fingerprint, put a service request at
the first call, let me wait for notice of fingerprint. However, I got
approval notice without any fingerprint.
