Hi All,
I did not see any updates in the USCIS website for my case and raised SR on
3/8 for which noresponse till today.
On the other hand, i talked to my attroney and they are saying that No visa
is available for my case.
Is it a True statement. If so, what is the meaning of making the PD Current.
Any answer is highly appreciated.

发帖数: 129 | 7 i think it is bad news to us who stuck at NSC, but good news to newer PD at
TSC because they will be approved anyway. | l**k
发帖数: 1755 | 8 That might not be as bad as you think. Some source said that most of all
the PDs before March has been assigned. So no visa available just means all
the visa has been assigned. There might be individuals that has problems
such as name check, thus he/she cannot be approved this month because no
visa available, even his/her problem is solved by now. |
