发帖数: 944 | 5 You can go infopass anytime. I don't think the infopass will trigger any RFE.
I went infopass to inquire my name check last month (but my PD will be
current next month),and was told that my name check is still pending in FBI.
Then I contacted one senator and got his (and USCIS)response that my name
check was cleared.
