time they have on AP, the more likely they will approve more 485, less
waste! |

AP07年10月批下来, 08年上半年用它回了一次国. 期满后没有再续(所以现在好像也不能叫renew). 从来没有办过用过EAD. 现在想自己重新申请AP, 我的理解需要如下文件: (1)一封向移民局说明自己为什么要申请AP的信; (2)I-140 approval notice复印件; (3)I-485 receipt notice复印件; (4)07年的AP approval notice复印件; (5)H-1B approval notice复印件. 请问对吗? 另外给移民局的信里应该列些什么理由呢? |

processing time fax催了，也联系了congressman，但是一点儿效果都没有。听人说，
有人最慢的是半年才拿到AP!我已经cancel了回国的计划，但是11月感恩节的全家度假
计划目前也不知道赶得上不，11月算起来真是快半年了，但是都不敢保证能拿到，这是
什么世道 |

infopass. The IO told me that there was nothing she could do unless it was
life-death related or similiar situation. She did call up a number and check
out my application and was told that my ap can be processed quicker if I
can provide my credit card # to be faxed to the national center. I did and
got my ap approved on 7/30/10. It was just $31 more.

发帖数: 319 | 20 IO did not promise anything during the infopass processs and she just told
me that I could leave my credit card # there for faster delelivery purpose,
I filled in the form with my cc#, signed , then she faxed to the national
benefit center right away. I saw a $31 pending charge from UPS two days
later and knew that my ap was approved. You just need to make an extra
effort to get the thing done. |

到了六月初才递上去，现在也是initial review，看来律师还是对的。好在我明年夏天
才回国，所以在慢也赶得上。 |

address change （which is not true）然后就说can do nothing about it把我们赶
出来了。
回来以后不忿就打了电话，人家态度到不错，说就是这么慢，within normal range。
然后说地址的事情没有这回事，然后就说21天以后再打电话吧。faint啊。
注，同时申请的EAD倒是批了，还没收到。 |

we filed AP July 13, receipt date July 30
Approved 10/13 (exactly 3 months), mailed out 10/15,
our attorney just received AP yesterday 10/22.

one update on Oct 27th. Heard if there is an approval, normally two update
in a row. worring
