that I stated my "EB2" Scheduled A was approved and it was only an
alterntive to PERM. So, I did not say that my 485 was current whatsoever.
Scheduled A was under the same EB2 category as PERM and NIW, but it is
geared towards "Aliens with Exceptional Ability in the Arts and Sciences."
I was trying to convey the idea that if you wanted to avoid PERM, and your
