category, but with a lower bar. You would need employer sponsorship to file Schedule A. The
up side is that you don't need to go through PERM which is somewhat risky
and lengthy in this economy. Unlike NIW, which does not require labor
certificate, 140 Schedule A petition requires a complete UNCERTIFIED LCA

that I stated my "EB2" Scheduled A was approved and it was only an
alterntive to PERM. So, I did not say that my 485 was current whatsoever.
Scheduled A was under the same EB2 category as PERM and NIW, but it is
geared towards "Aliens with Exceptional Ability in the Arts and Sciences."
I was trying to convey the idea that if you wanted to avoid PERM, and your
employer is willing to sponsor your EB2 petition, Schedule A | m******g
