How about when you are applying for green card, do you have to stay in US
for a certain period of time each year??

an employment-based green card.

发帖数: 323 | 3 Only thing I am aware of is that you need to be in the States for about 30
days after you filed I-485. I think that might be for the convenience of FP
and physical exam..... not sure about the 6-mo/year stay rule. |
