发帖数: 264 | 1 Did a SR on 9/30/10. Failed to convince 2nd level customer rep to update me
on my status . Shortly after, both LD and me got three soft updates on 10
/1, 10/3, and 10/4.
Case status hasn’t been changed since September last year. It was Card/
Document production due to a system glitch. USCIS did send out the second
finger print notice at that time.
Called USCIS this morning and was told by the second level customer rep that
the case was approved on 10/1. Felt unbelievable since there were no e-
mails or cellphone notice, event though both of them are turned on. Asked
LD to call USCIS again. Similar answer, her case was just approved.
Still felt unreal, sounds like a shot gun wedding. Will double check
through InfoPass tomorrow. | x***i

customer rep was wrong.

发帖数: 264 | 6 Received a scanned PDF files from lawyer's office, who received a physical
copy of approval notice from USCIS. My case was approved on Oct., 1st, 2010
.
I guess there could be some people similar to me affected by system glitch
since last year. Be patient and optimistic! Try to enjoy life while you
were waiting!
Seems to me there were either some unqualified officer (who happens to be a
supervisor!) at local office, or even people at local office couldn't get
updated information on time. Either way, just take it easy. | G****1
