明年是2011年，那么明年的时候2006年以及之前的都有资格转EB2并且带着PD.
单单是PD在2006年的印度EB3就有18k. 如果有一半最后转了EB2, 就够呛了。 | s******0

另外这还只是2006的。在这之前的还有很多还没有转的。

除了Bachelor+5年之外，还有Master+2年工作经验也可以转。

audit都没有, 即使当前的高失业率。看看这个：

7 more people who filed since last 6 months who have gotten eb2 PERM
approved in less than 3-4 months, avg nowadays is 2 months. guys :0 you know
why these people say this..they dont want eb3 india people suffering from
retrogression to get ahead of them in the line...ignore the two above and go
ahead with porting. truth is out there!!!! all over the internet that
porting is a huge success and not even one rejection nor audit in perm or
eb2 140. the law is there now use it or lose it (the opportunity) i am not
creating a rift between eb2 and eb3 i am just saying eb3 india has a
solution out of its nightmare its stuck in, i myself was part of that
nightmare and got out of it now..what has this to do with the fact that i am
fake or real LOL the truth about the success of porting is all over the
internet with approvals and especially on trackitt...again do it if your
company is ready to file your eb2 perm for a job that matches eb2
requirements..

one actually files a perm application, so whether current perms are easily/
quickly approved does not matter.
BTW, there are lots of posts recently from people getting their perm audited
, so I am not positive about getting one "easily approved".
Perm application is actually very easy (and they were easy a few years ago
when people got approved in days even hours), as long as the job do require
certain qualification and no resident worker is applying for that job, the
application should be approved. It's just much more difficult now to show
that nobody wants this job, apparently.
Meanwhile, it is good to point out that once the economy get better the
situation will be much worse, because 1) more ROW application will result in
less spill-over 2) more 3->2 porting eating up the already less available
visa numbers. So basically resulting in less supply and more demand...

发帖数: 1430 | 7 我觉着EB3转EB2几乎是100%的在benefit 印度人的EB3，而不是中国人的EB3。
中国人现在的EB3的总量不过是4千多（按照最新的USCIS的pending 485的数据), 可是老印有6万多EB3。
中国的EB3就是按照一年2500的话(2800-300=2500)最多两年也就清空了。如果我们能帮中国EB3争取到足够的名额，这个EB3转EB2就对中国的EB3而言没有太大用处。
所以应该想办法推翻这个EB3转EB2, 这样才能真正解决中国EB2的困境。
对于中国EB3, 通过争取每年2500的签证额度来解决其积压才是道理。
