after his PERM (PD: May 2008; PERM certified Oct 2008 and GC received Jan
2009). |

发帖数: 1835 | 4 一起递，多半就一起批。PERM批了140／485一般没有拒的，除非你特殊情况（作假，恐
怖分子）。
Ask your lawyer about the "right boxes". The person I knew went through a
lawyer. It should be a piece of cake.
