far, no luck yet. If you have any idea on how to push it, please let me
know. We can discuss the details.
BTW, I start to feel that quarterly spill over won't help EB2C too much this
year. All or most visas will probably to to EB2I.

for eb2/eb3. It turns out that he uses the same arguement against us this
year under a different circumstance, purposely or non-purposely.
