2nd paragraph: Give a brief introduction about the reference, stating how
prominent he/she is in the field and he/she has never worked with you or
does not know you personally.
3rd paragraph: how marvelous the reference thinks your work is and your work
will greatly benefit the US and Americans.
4th paragraph: reiterate that reference supports your immigration petition
without reservation.
自己写吧，还是自己比较了解自己的工作和经历。写是很痛苦，特别是中国人都不喜欢
自吹自擂。我自己从不同的角度写了5封，最后我跟律师说，没有了，该吹的都吹完了
，不该吹的也吹完了。
