it takes about 3-4 years with our own quote (2.8K/yr). then 08/07 can submit
I485 about Jun-July/2013 or 14

year, 1-5K next year). then 08/07 can submit I485 about Jun/July/2012 or 13
Actually, there are some cases with PD 04-07/07, they cannot submit I485 at
08/07. we do not know the number. they are perm, not NIW. ( you can submit
your I485 with your I140 receipt. but you cannot do it with the perm without
I140 during that time).
definitely, there are lots of perm with PD 07-12/07. because H1B used pretty
fast at those years (2005-2008) within 1-5days. those people start to rush
on GC application on 06-12/2007 because of the 07/07 matter.
as back to the 1st floor, 08/08 can submit I485 about 2014-2017.
