国，想知道如果4月之前就提交了延期申请的话，我回国会有什么影响吗？或者我回国
之后在国内的时候提交申请，会有什么问题？多谢多谢！
主要是公司律师没时间理我们这些小问题，所以来这儿问问，呵呵。 |

I-94 with your approval notice, which means you have to go out of the
country to get a visa and enter again.

如果我一回国就用原先的i797去签证，然后在国内的时候这边的延期批准了，我能直接
用这个签证回来吗？还需要再申请一次签证吗？谢谢。

one of my friend was outside of the country when the extension was filed; he
came back with AP; then got approval notice with no I-94; then had to get a
visa stamp outside of the US and enter the US again to get an I-94.
another friend was actually in the US when H1B was filed; lawyer thought he
was outside of the country so asked for consular processing; approval notice
came with no I-94; lawyer filed H1B again for change of status; approval
notice came back with I-94 after several months; couldn't work before the
second approval notice came.
