H1B/H4 renewal simultaneously. Or is it better to file H1B renewal I-129
first and get the approval, then file the H4 I539?
If file simultaneously, what is the mailing address, same for I-129 and I539
, or they need to send to two different USCIS offices?

have to file H4 renewal then without your H1B approval notice. As your
