At this time the cases are assigned to an officer. Although assigned,
we cannot predict the date the cases may actually receive review.
If you have not received a decision or other notice of action on this

Feel like they are sticking to the 30 days rule. My case is a little messy.
PD 11/2005
Switch job just before 07/2007 (actually, the day after I told my boss I
wanted to jump job is the FANGSHUI day) My old boss said I can stay after
her heard my stroy of miss a day but I declined. I did not want to eat my
own words. A little regret but move on with the new life/job and very happy
so far.
Finally being able to file 485 last summer (08/2010). All my coworkers/
friends that were with me got their cards. Now I am doing SR/senator things.
Senator told me my case is waiting to be assigned earlier. Now I got this.
It seems it moves a little bit. My guts tell me it would be 4/24. They are
always sticking to their last promised day. Good luck to myself! | w**********1

get a decision or further notice.
