小奥迪特，第四年了，去年年底就开始申请绿卡 ，但是因为是entry level打广告，老
板 不肯办
eb2，于是找了律师开始办eb3，结果广告打出去，收到好几个applicant，最后还
qualified了2
个，哎，那次PERM过不来，就停下来了。今年公司准备promote我到senior，于是我又
准备开始办绿
卡，想着senior总比entry的好办点吧，大家怎么说服老板给办eb2的呢？实在是不想办
eb3了。 |

好像还是有人eb2了，lx有个帖子 一笔图一年拿绿卡，好像就是用的eb2

We applied EB2 when I was 2nd year staff. You need a supportive employer and
a good lawyer. My PERM was audited, denied (for some clerical error which
has nothing to do with EB2 vs. EB3), appealed, and finally approved.
Hope it gives you some hope. |

you can apply EB2. And 我是会计专业，本科也是会计，不过是国内读的，在美国读
