对于主申请人来说,不但要尽快找到工作,还要是 same or similar 的职位。否则,
一旦裁决时你不能回复 RFE,I-485 也就危险了。
是 H-1b transfer 还是使用 EAD,均可。
I-485 过没过 180 天,关系不大。I-140 尚未批准,也没有问题。
副申请人就无所谓了。 |
