36% of the backlog per country. That would calculate to approximately 9000
and 3000 for India and China, respectively. To many EB2 Chinese applicants
this seems outrageous at the outset - I see that some group has even gone to
the extent of petitioning the Congress in this connection implying that
USCIS is favoring india. It does seem that they have not looked at the
numbers carefully. But the fact is, the SO is to be split according to the
backlog numbers. It is absolutely true that both nations being
oversubscribed and India even more so, that India PD can never move ahead of
China. The Asian tigers will be in delicate balance. |

c******s 发帖数: 2163 | 3 36%: where is this number from? |
【在 c******s 的大作中提到】 : 36%: where is this number from?

a*****o 发帖数: 246 | 7 I guess 36% means China has 36% of the total backlog. |
