notice. I did some research online but found few cases, none of them is
immediate. That's why I'm asking here to see if someone has the direct
experiences |

receive the withdrawal confirmation. Note the audit was responded to first,
the withdrawal happened a few weeks later. Problem is if you refile for the
same position after audit/withdrawal, the case could be put under supervised
recruitment. Withdraw after an audit seems to be attracting DOL's attention

withdraw it.
