working the same position. There is no bachelor + 5yrs here.

跟公司说让你找律师，然后让律师晓之以理动之以情
因为你说的话没有分量。律师说得他们认为才管用。
你弄个eb3不知道排到猴年马月去。

发帖数: 58 | 9 Thanks for the advice. The company was kinda stubborn on this. I tried
talking to them but didn't help. And the company's lawyer couldn't help with
anything either. Just wondering if it's normal practice to make titles for
me just for the gc application. And for sure I would ask for other lawyers'
advice. |

建议你自己仔细研究一下目前的排期形势。 |

发帖数: 3080 | 14 先把PERM和优先日期搞定，反正你现在办Eb2或Eb3都要等很久。觉得工资也是很重要的
一个因素，我EB3，工资是一个Eb2朋友的两倍多，所以是不是Eb2也不是太有所谓了。 |
