In addition to the Receipt number, what other information you were asked to
provide when you did the SR? Thanks.

ADIT and 60days)
you should get the card within 1 week after you get the message they order
the new card.
you will get the notice with regular envelop and the card (green color)
within Priority envelop (red color).
