，NSC基本没批，后来名额没了， 差距有的三年绿，大部分就是现在差不多５年才绿。 |

jurisdiction area like me.
A guy with our company was so lucky got his 485 filed to TSC got approval
two years ago just in time for his kid to get aid from MIT, his PD is just 4
months ahead of mine. NSC sucks. |

Company intentionally filed all of our 485 to NSC even though some locations
belong to TSC.

according to your location or you can file to NSC in case you aren't sure
which center you belong to. Our company has locations belong to both centers
so I guess law firm chose to file to NSC to avoid trouble without thinking
the advantages to the applicants. Only very few people got filed to TSC.
The company never think too much about the employee anyway, I have been
working for her over a decade and witness their practices to delay the GC. |

transferred to NSC even though we are right here in Dallas.

cases between TSC and NSC later, so you might belong to this group. Sorry
about this good luck to you!
Only very few of my co-workers got filed to TSC and they are the lucky ones.
