future cutoff date movement. This is only an estimate and cannot be relied
upon for making plans. When a case is within six to nine months of what they
will be a current priority date, the NVC will initiate work on the
applicant's file. The idea is that they don't want to start too early and
then find that all of the time sensitive documents have gotten stale before
the interview. At the same time, they want to have enough time to complete
all processing by the time the applicant's PD becomes current, so that they
can schedule an appointment very quickly.

September/October. It makes perfect sense now.

其实2008年PD的今年如果可以交，完全是意外和惊喜。想想大家基本都等了5年。 |

same message through somebody.
I think it makes perfect sense. It will be great if the 2008 folks can rush
into the system. it will be a great thing for 2008 folks.
